Justin Cathcart is a dedicated Manager of Waterfront Operations with over 27 years of professional marine experience, including more than 20 years captaining traditional sailing vessels and commercial fishing boats. With a strong background that includes five years as a Town Marina Manager and one year in waterfront operations leadership, Justin is committed to delivering safe, efficient, and customer focused marina services. Passionate about waterfront stewardship, public access, and maritime tradition, they work closely with staff, partners, and the community to support high quality marina operations and an exceptional boater experience.
