Fit Club Jiu- Jitsu helps bring out the best in each child! This class teaches body awareness and introduces them to basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu moves. Our coaches help kids build self-esteem, self-confidence, and learn important social skills. Their goal is to make each child mentally tough and physically strong.
