CT Sports Network

Indoor Floor Hockey 
CT Sports Network will be running an indoor floor hockey clinic!  Alongside individual development, players will also learn teamwork and rules. Staff will strive to provide the best experience for each player, while teaching the fundamentals of the game.

Some of the fundamental’s players will learn at the clinics will include
- Shooting the ball/puck
- Stick handling and finding the dominant hand i.e. (left hand shot or right)
- Foot work
- Offensive skill and defensive skill

All activities will take place in an atmosphere which promotes good sportsmanship, teamwork and most of all, FUN! Staff will provide the sticks and pucks on a weekly basis.

Indoor Volleyball 
-The clinics are open to both new and experienced players and our master coaches will focus on teaching skills, rotations, game scenarios and the rules of the game in a fun filled environment. We will hold two separate clinics, to allow for maximum developmental opportunities, for players aged 9 years old through 14.

-All participants should have athletic shoes, water and you may also wish to bring your knee pads as well.
