Youth Basketball Leagues

Games are played Saturdays between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM at various gyms located throughout town starting Saturday, January 3^rd and runs seven consecutive weeks through Saturday, February 14^th.  Teams practice for 1 hour, once a week starting in early December, with practice time, day, and location being determined by the coach’s schedule.  All coaches for the program are volunteers. 

Players are teamed up with 2-3 players from their school and also with players from 3-4 other schools. There are also only a few locations for practices available. All players will be placed at the discretion of the Parks and Recreation Department. 

This program is for RECREATION LEVEL PLAYERS ONLY. Those players on Wakeman Travel, YMCA Travel or any organized school team are not eligible to play in the Recreation Youth Basketball Program. 

PLEASE NOTE any registrations made after Thursday 10/23 will be subject to a $25 LATE FEE and be considered a LATE registration

*In case of inclement weather:
Alert/communication will be sent to coaches prior to games starting. Coaches will then contact their teams.
There will be NO make-up games. If schools are closed or cancelled, there are no basketball practices or games.
