CT Sports Network will be offering a brand-new Cross-Country Clinic to children aged 7 – 14 years old at selective Fairfield Trails. The clinics are open to all runners with our training programs designed for beginners through to experienced racers. The younger classes will focus on age-appropriate running games and basic running techniques with the other clinics providing a strong concentration on running form and pacing while building endurance through running drills, games and core exercises. All participants should have athletic shoes and water with them for each run.
