Food Explorers instructors aim to empower and inspire children to create delicious food, gain confidence in the kitchen and listen to their bodies. At Food Explorers, we believe in a message of food neutrality. We teach anything from chocolate to salads, and everything in between. You won't hear us say the words "healthy", "unhealthy", "junk food", "diet" or "bad". Kids start to develop a relationship with food at a young age, and our classes provide a neutral, no-pressure environment for kids to like, dislike, try or not try any and all foods.
All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.
