Tiny Food Explorers - Session 1 Our 4-week class for your mini chef! Learn to mix, chop, and create tasty recipes such as: Banana Pancakes, Veggie Pinwheels, Raspberry Cupcakes, and Rainbow Pasta Salad. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian, but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. This class is for children ages 2-5 and their caregiver.
Tiny Food Explorers - Session 2 Join Food Explorers for a 4-week class devoted to our smallest chefs! NEW recipes! You’ll be making: Strawberry Shortcake Parfaits, Potato Pancakes, Chocolate Banana Muffins, and Black Bean & Corn Quesadillas. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian, but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten. This class is for children ages 2-5 and their caregiver.
Chopped: Join Food Explorers for a round of “Chopped”! Each week you’ll work together in teams to design a recipe from scratch, choosing from an assortment of ingredients to make Tacos, Lo Mein, No-Bake Cheesecakes and Gnocchi. All ingredients are nut free but dairy, gluten and eggs may be used.
Desserts: Join Food Explorers for a dessert class with a surprise! Each week you’ll make a sweet recipe with an added vegetable: Carrot Cake Energy Bites, Black Bean Brownie Trifles, Zucchini Cobbler, Chocolate Zucchini Cake Pops with Chocolate Frosting. Come along and try something new! Recipes are nut free but will contain dairy, gluten and eggs.
Dinner Club: Join Food Explorers for Dinner Club! Each week you’ll make your own dinner from scratch: Pizza Stuffed Naan Breads, Ricotta Herb Gnocchi, Greek Flatbreads with Tzatziki and Southwest Pinwheels. Recipes are nut free but will contain dairy, eggs and gluten.
Spring Desserts: Celebrate the season with fresh, fruity, and fun desserts! In this hands-on cooking class, kids will create spring-inspired sweets like Raspberry Cheesecake Pies, Lemon Sugar Cookie Trifles, Apricot Croissant Bites and Peach Melba Crumbles. All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.
Half Day April Break Camp: Join Food Explorers for a special half day cooking camp where we'll create two delicious treats: Pizza Cups and Apple Crumble! In this hands-on class, kids will learn how to make their own mini pizza cups with homemade pizza dough and lots of cheesy goodness. Then, we'll mix up a warm, sweet Apple Crumble, packed with juicy apples and a buttery, crumbly topping—perfect for a cozy dessert! All recipes are nut-free and vegetarian but will contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.
